Job summary

Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd in Carterton is seeking Temporary Support Workers to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with daily living tasks, encourage independence, and support activities and outings.

The role offers flexible shifts, immediate start, and requires at least 3 months' care experience and certificated social care training. Enhanced DBS on Update Service preferred or willingness to obtain, with DBS refund available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months of care or support work experience.
• Certificated social care training required.
• Compassionate, flexible and professional approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to support personal care and medication.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain).
