Job summary

Mencap in Kettering is seeking a Relief Support Worker to help with daily activities and emotional support for people with learning disabilities. Roles require flexibility across mornings, evenings, sleep ins, and weekends, with a DBS check and references. A driver is preferred but not essential; part-time hours and 24hr care rotas apply.
