Job summary

Mencap in Northamptonshire is seeking a Relief Support Worker to cover a wide range of shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleep ins and waking nights to meet the needs of people with learning disabilities. A driver is preferred but not essential.

You’ll assist with daily activities, provide emotional support, and help build meaningful relationships with those we support. All roles include an enhanced DBS check and references, with rotas planned at least four weeks in advance to
