Keys Group in St Cleer, Cornwall (PL14) is seeking a Support Worker to provide person-centred care in our specialist Supported Living and Outreach service. You will work 40 hours per week, with an hourly rate between £13.45 and £14.15.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promoting independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting and encouraging development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying to routine appointments or administering medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
• Providing guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
