Job summary

AMS Case Management is seeking two support workers in Tees Valley to provide care for a 22-year-old male client with cerebral palsy and autism. Responsibilities include assistance with daily care, administering medication, and supporting the client in recreational activities. The role requires flexibility in working hours, a background in epilepsy, and a clean driving license. Training will be provided to familiarize the worker with the client’s needs. The employment contract is through Fletchers Solicitors.

Qualifications

• A background or training in managing epilepsy cases.
• Experience in personal care and support.
• Full clean driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all of the client’s care requirements.
• Administer medication as prescribed.
• Support the client in cooking meals.
• Engage the client in activities of choice.
• Maintain a safe environment for the client.
