Independent Living Solutions Ltd. is seeking Support Workers to assist Jamie at home, covering Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, typically 9.00am–7.00pm. Roles include 2:1 daily living support, mobility assistance, and participation in leisure activities with a dedicated Case Manager.

Salary ranges £16.54–£18.74 per hour depending on shift and DBS status, with potential sleep-in shifts paid at a different rate. Start ASAP subject to checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cerebral Palsy and epilepsy.
• Ability to provide 2:1 support with daily living and personal care including manual handling.
• Able to work with the family and current support team.
• Confident with mobility and handling tasks; physically capable.
• Good verbal and written communication; IT literate.
• Willing to work flexibly and cover shifts; sleep-ins may occur.

Responsabilités

• 2:1 support with all aspects of daily living and personal care.

• Contributing to Jamie’s development and leisure activities.
• Work alongside the family and current support team.
• Accompanying the family on holidays.
