Job summary

ILS Case Management is seeking dedicated Support Workers to assist Jamie at home. You will work under a Case Manager to deliver compassionate, person-centred care, including personal care and mobility support, to enable Jamie to lead a fulfilling life.

Role requires patience, reliability, and flexibility for shifts across days and weekends, with sleep-in duties possible. Vehicle use and driving licence are advantageous as Jamie's care includes community activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with epilepsy, cerebral palsy and challenging behaviour.
• 2:1 support with daily living and personal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living and personal care in the client's home.
• Support client with development and leisure activities.
• Attend to safety, mobility, and moving-and-handling needs.
• Liaise with family, Case Manager, and HR for consistent care.
