Lifeways in Redditch is hiring compassionate and proactive Support Workers to help adults live more independently in their homes and communities. This role involves domiciliary care with travel between clients’ homes, full training, and ongoing support to grow professionally.

You’ll assist with personal care, medication support, meal planning, and daily tasks, while building confidence and ensuring wellbeing. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and genuine progression opportunities.

Hours:Full Time - 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 7am-4pm/9am-7pm/9am-10pm+sleep/ 9am-4pm/3pm-9pm - Must be flexible

This service is domiciliary care, travel is required between peoples homes

About the Role

You’ll be supporting adults with:

• Learning disabilities
• Autism
• Physical disabilities
• Acquired brain injuries

Support is tailored to each person’s unique needs, helping them live more independently in their homes and communities.

Your Responsibilities as a Support Worker

You’ll support with:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Medication support
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Building confidence and independence
• Monitoring wellbeing and responding to individual needs
• Maintaining accurate records and working collaboratively with your team

Please note:The Days of work for this role are -Monday, Thursday and Saturday -9.30 am - 2.30pm
