Brainkind is a charity based in Eastbourne providing specialist residential care for adults with complex needs. We are seeking a Support Worker to join Shinewater Court on a part‑time or full‑time basis, delivering person‑centred care in a welcoming home environment.

Ideal candidates will have care experience, be comfortable with personal care, and be committed to safeguarding and team collaboration. The role includes alternate weekend work and a weekend uplift.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care or residential settings is desirable.
• Ability to provide personal care and support to adults with disabilities.
• Willingness to undertake training and develop care skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide personalised, person-centred care and support.
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, dressing and daily living activities.
• Support residents with mobility and use of equipment.
• Encourage independence and participation in activities.
