Full training and ongoing support are provided, with a focus on independence and community participation.

The role requires proactive, enthusiastic team players who can adapt to a seven-day rota, early mornings, evenings, and sleep-ins, with driving preferred due to location.

Qualifications

• Experience in social care or a willingness to train.
• Comfortable providing personal care when needed.
• Willing to work across a seven‑day rota and varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support three adult brothers with daily living activities and independence.
• Help them engage with the local community and social activities.
• Maintain relationships with family and friends.
• Assist with budgeting and financial management.
• Keep a clean, safe home environment.
• Support with shopping and household tasks.
• Provide person-centred personal care where required.
• Encourage hobbies and meaningful activities.
