Job summary

Minstead Trust in New Forest is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. This 37.5-hour week offers flexible shifts across a 24/7 rota, with salary £12.75 per hour rising to £13.75 after probation.

You will support individuals to achieve health, wellbeing and independence, assist with personal and healthcare needs, and work as part of a team or solo in the community. A driving licence and commitment to safeguarding are required.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing high levels of care and support to neuro disabled people in a social care setting.
• Flexible to work shifts 365 days a year including weekends and bank holidays on a rota.
• Full UK driving licence with access to a motorised vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities
