Minstead Trust in New Forest is seeking a dedicated Support Worker. This 37.5-hour week offers flexible shifts across a 24/7 rota, with salary £12.75 per hour rising to £13.75 after probation.
You will support individuals to achieve health, wellbeing and independence, assist with personal and healthcare needs, and work as part of a team or solo in the community. A driving licence and commitment to safeguarding are required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Flexible shifts over a 24/7 week, 365 days a year (Incl. weekends, bank holidays, and sleep in shifts on a rota basis)

Salary: £12.75 per hour – increasing to £13.75 after probation
