Alternative Futures Group (AFG) is looking for compassionate Support Workers to help people live as independently as possible. You’ll be part of a values-led team, supporting individuals in homes and community settings with personalised plans.

No previous care experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll need to be friendly, patient, and flexible, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team across day, night, and weekend shifts.
