Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is looking for Support Workers to help people achieve their goals and live as independently as possible in community and residential settings across the UK. You will work in people’s homes, community-based services, and care environments, following personalised plans and delivering compassionate support.

The role offers training, supports flexible shifts (days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends), and a values-led team focused on meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Friendly and confident communicators
• Patient, caring and enthusiastic
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends
• Aligned with AFG’s values
• Full UK manual driver's license required for this role.
