Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is hiring a Support Worker to help people achieve their goals and live as independently as possible. You’ll support in home settings, community-based services, and care environments with personalised plans tailored to individual needs.

No prior care experience is required—just a caring attitude. The role offers full training, flexible shifts (day, night, sleep-in, weekends) and a supportive team dedicated to meaningful care and long-term career growth in Health & Social

Qualifications

• You don’t need experience – just the right attitude.
• We’re looking for people who are friendly and confident communicators, patient, caring and enthusiastic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
• Work in people’s own homes, community-based services, Adult Care Homes or Independent Hospitals.
• Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
• Collaborate with teams to provide consistent, compassionate care.
