Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a part-time, on-site role in Cheshire. The position involves helping people live as independently as possible, within their own homes or local care settings, guided by personalised support plans and a values-led team.

We welcome friendly, patient communicators who can work independently or as part of a team, with flexibility across day and night shifts, including weekends.

• Patient, caring and enthusiastic.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work a range of shifts including day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people to achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.
• This could be in People's own homes, Adult Care Homes, or Independent Hospitals.
• Every person we support has a personalised plan focused on their needs and aspirations.
