Job summary

Potens is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist residents in a supported living service in Middleton St George. You will work 40 hours weekly, with a £13.00 hourly rate and sleep-in pay of £75 per night, under the supervision of an experienced manager.

The role requires flexibility across 7am–10pm, including sleep-ins, and offers a comprehensive benefits package and training opportunities to progress within health and social care.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a social care setting supporting adults with learning disabilities is preferred but not essential.
• Motivated and a team player.
• Drivers preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents according to individual care plans.
• Promote independence and assist with daily activities.
• Assist with finances, budgeting and shopping.
• Support personal care and one-to-one support.
• Be flexible with shifts from 7am to 10pm, including sleep-ins.
