Job summary

Voyage Care in Doncaster is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people gain independence in daily life within a friendly residential team.

You will assist with personal care, encourage community engagement, and support activities from evenings out to home life. Applicants should have a full UK driving license, be resilient and flexible, and embrace Positive Behaviour Support and reflective practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
• Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans.
• Experience with individuals requiring enhanced support, including challenging behaviours, mental health conditions, autism, forensic histories or trauma.
