You will provide physical and emotional support, learn about each person’s needs, assist with welfare tasks, and ensure a safe environment.

• Enhanced DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical and emotional support.
• Learn about individuals' specific needs and provide help in the most appropriate way.
• Assist with medical and welfare needs.
• Report on medical and welfare needs as required.
• Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
