Job summary

Cygnet Group's Broadoak in Newnham, Gloucestershire is hiring a confident Support Worker to provide person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. You’ll work 42 hours a week, with pay £13.25 per hour rising to £13.45 after three months, and you’ll be supported by coaching, supervision and a Cycle to Work scheme.

Successful candidates must gain an enhanced DBS check. You’ll be part of a specialist national network dedicated to improving lives and enabling

Responsibilities

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all people in our care
• Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' needs and provide help in the most appropriate way
