First City Group is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our Supported Living team, helping adults with complex needs live independently with dignity and respect. You will deliver person-centred care and work closely with healthcare professionals and families.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months' experience in care or supported living.
• Confidence supporting individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently or within a team.
• A flexible, positive, and person-centred approach.
• Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential (non-drivers must be able to travel independently).
• Applicants must be 18 years or over.

Aufgaben

• Supporting daily routines, including personal care and medication.
• Assisting with physiotherapy and clinical tasks.
• Preparing meals and promoting healthy lifestyles.
• Supporting individuals with complex health needs (e.g. catheter care).
• Encouraging independence with budgeting, appointments, and community activities.
• Providing emotional support and assistance with evening routines.
