Alternative Futures Group is seeking a Support Worker to help people live independently and achieve their goals. You may work in people’s own homes, community services, or care facilities, following personalised plans tailored to individual needs.

No prior care experience is required—just the right attitude. You’ll be friendly, patient and enthusiastic, able to work solo or as part of a supportive team, with flexible shifts including days, nights, sleep-ins and weekends.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; the right attitude is essential.
• Friendly and confident communication skills are important.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work day shifts, waking nights, sleep ins and weekends.

Responsibilities
