• Help adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, or physical disabilities live independently and participate in daily activities
• Support with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, and household chores
• Encourage social activities, community involvement, and family connections
• Provide respectful personal care where needed and ensure a safe, supportive environment
