Job summary

Choice Care is seeking a Social Care Worker to join a team providing personal care and support in a residential setting. You will participate in training and career development while contributing to residents’ daily lives and safety.

The role offers flexible patterns, with weekend rota work and training provided on day one. Successful staff gain opportunities through the Learning Academy and Staff benefits.

Qualifications

• No previous social care experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Must be able to work shifts including weekends on a rota basis.
• Ability to follow care plans and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plan guidance alongside company policies and procedures
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate working relationship with residents
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training as required

Salary: £12.80 to £12.80 Hour

Key duties
