Job summary

Sugarman Health & Wellbeing in Congleton is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist individuals with autism in daily activities and accompany them on outings such as bingo, shopping and karaoke.

The role requires strong communication, compassion and the ability to provide sensitive, person-centred support on 24-hour shift patterns with day sleeps (0800-2300) and night sleeps (2300-0800).

Job Title: Support Worker Location: Congleton Hours: 24 hour shifts - day sleeps. 0800-2300 waking hours, 2300 - 0800 sleep hours. Pay: £14 per hour waking hours. £11.44 sleeping hours.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Congleton. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with autism and behaviours that may challenge. We are looking for someone who is outgoing and enjoys getting out and about. The individual enjoys going out to play bingo, shopping and karaoke.
