Make a real difference in your community
At KPSS, we support people to live the lives they choose, as independently as possible. We’re growing, and we’re looking for kind, reliable and experienced female Support Workers to join our team full-time.*
As a Support Worker, you’ll help people with whatever support they need to live well. That could mean visiting people in their own homes, supporting people in supported living, helping someone get out and about in their community, or anything in between. Every day is different, and the support you give will depend on each person’s needs, goals and choices.
You’ll mainly work across South Lanarkshire, including Hamilton, Blantyre, Cambuslang and Rutherglen.
Experience required. For this post, we’re looking for people with previous experience in a care or support role. You’ll get a full induction and ongoing training to help you settle in and keep developing.
What you’ll do
Depending on the people you support, your role may include:

What you’ll get
Benefits are non-contractual and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
Right to work and visa sponsorshipApplicants must already be in the UK and be able to work the full 46 hours per week from your start date. This means we can’t consider applicants whose visa limits their working hours, such as Student visa holders during their course, or people looking to take this post as a second job alongside sponsored employment elsewhere.
We hold a sponsor licence and may be able to offer sponsorship for this post, but our Certificates of Sponsorship are very limited. Under current Home Office rules, sponsorship for this role is only available to:
Certificates of Sponsorship will be available from the end of November 2026, so start dates for anyone transferring their sponsorship will be from that point. To allow enough time for the process:
We can’t sponsor applicants from outside the UK or people on a Visitor visa.
Any offer of sponsorship is not guaranteed. It depends on the Home Office rules in force at the time, the availability of Certificates of Sponsorship, our sponsor licence status, and you meeting all eligibility requirements, including English language, salary and visa validity. If the rules or our circumstances change, including during your first three months of employment, we may be unable to offer sponsorship. If you are not able to obtain or keep the right to work in the UK, we will be unable to continue your employment.
Please tell us your current visa type and expiry date when you apply.
Internal applicantsThis post is being recruited to increase the size of our staff team, so we are not able to consider applications from current employees of KPSS or any other company within Keane Premier Group, including Care Homes. Current employees interested in changing their hours, location or role are welcome to speak to their line manager.
Important informationThis post is subject to PVG Scheme membership and two satisfactory references. You’ll also need to register with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) within the required timescale for your role.
It’s More Than a Job
Our team is our greatest asset, and we work hard to give each member of our amazing staff the opportunity to grow within their role.
