Job summary

Keane Premier Group is seeking compassionate individuals to join the KPSS team to support service users in the community, helping promote their independence. The role includes personal care, assisting with medications, nutrition support, and aiding with day-to-day tasks, with emphasis on equality, diversity, and safeguarding.

Training and paid shadowing are provided. Full UK Driving License is desirable, and a PVG check plus references may be required.

• No prior care experience required; passion for helping service users live independent lives.
• Full UK Driving License is desirable.

• Support service users with medication where required.
• Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
• Carry out light house duties.

• Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing.
• Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends, and wider community.

• Report a service users progress on the correct platforms.

Desirable Requirements:
