Support Worker - Female

Location: Warrington (WA2)

Pay: £12.31 per hour

FULL UK Driving License required

We are looking for a vibrant, compassionate, and enthusiastic Support Worker to work across TWO friendly homes in Warrington!

PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking support workers who are flexible to travel between 2 different locations within Warrington, although all shifts will be in one location.

One home is shared by two gentlemen and one lady, while the other is home to one lady.

About the Role:

These individuals enjoy daily outings such as long walks, lunch outings, cinema visits, and trips to Chester Zoo and Blue Planet Aquarium.

You will support them with daily routines, including personal care, moving and handling (including hoist training), and health-related needs, ensuring every day is filled with joy and dignity.

Responsibilities include:

• Personal care and moving & handling
• Shopping and household tasks
• Encouraging communication and supporting family involvement

Shifts Available Location 1:

Days - 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM, 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Long days - 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM (sleep-in) followed by 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Shifts Available Location 2:

12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (sleep-in) followed by 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM

What We’re Looking For:

• A Full UK Driving License is essential
• A team player who can also work independently
• Someone passionate about making a difference in others' lives
• Willing to complete sleep-in shifts each week
