Job summary

CareTech Group in the United Kingdom is seeking compassionate support workers to assist adults with complex needs. You will help with daily living activities, personal care, cooking skills, and community participation while promoting independence and dignity.

Experience with trauma-informed approaches and a positive attitude are valued. This role includes day and night shifts, with DBS clearance paid by CareTech and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including days, nights, weekends and bank holidays.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
• Enhanced DBS check (paid for by CareTech).

Location: Wythenshawe
Salary: £13.29 per hour
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 Hours per Week)
Shift Pattern: Days & Nights | Rota Basis

Previous experience supporting individuals with complex needs
