Dimensions in Christchurch is seeking compassionate Female Support Workers to assist two ladies in their 60s with daily living, outings, and personal care. The role involves early and late shifts, some sleep-ins, and alternate weekends.

A full UK/EU driving licence is essential to support mobility and activities. Both clients use wheelchairs and enjoy activities such as swimming trips, shopping, beach visits, and day trips.

Responsibilities

• Support two ladies with day-to-day tasks including finances, shopping, cooking and personal care.
• Assist with their mobility and daily activities, and supervise outings.
• Coordinate activities such as swimming trips, shopping trips, beach visits and short breaks away.
• Ensure safety and dignity while promoting independence and joy.

About the Role

We’re looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to make a meaningful difference in the lives of two wonderful ladies in their 60s living in Christchurch. One has learning disabilities, and the other has Down’s Syndrome and a learning disability. Both love full, active days and are looking for Support Workers who can help them enjoy the things they love most:

• Swimming tripsat Littledown Leisure Centre
• Days out in their cars
• Beach visits
• Shopping tripsinto town
• Planning long weekends away
• Caring for their pet rabbit

Both ladies use wheelchairs — one full-time, the other when out and about.

About You

You’ll work a mix of early (07:00–14:30) and late (14:30–22:00) shifts, plus sleep‑ins (paid at £50 per shift). Alternate weekend working is required.
