Job summary

Dimensions Group in Aldershot is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist three gentlemen and three ladies with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, connected lives tailored to their preferences.

You will engage in activities including swimming, sensory experiences, intensive interaction, and community access, while supporting daily living tasks and personal care. A manual driving licence and flexible shifts are required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care in a dignified, person-led way
• Supporting with medication and health-related routines
• Helping with daily living tasks to promote independence
• Moving and handling using safe, respectful techniques

Support Workers (Full or Part Time)

Location: Aldershot (GU12) - Requirement: Full UK Manual Driving Licence (You’ll need to be confident driving both manual cars and a manual minibus.)

Shift Patterns: Mixture of earlies/lates and alternate weekends. Also, 8am -8pm shifts are available.
