Job summary

The You Trust is recruiting a Support Worker in Farnborough to help adults with learning disabilities live independently in our supported living services in Farnborough and Yateley. You will help with daily living tasks and promote independence, in a compassionate, person-centred environment.

Roles include flexible shifts, evenings, weekends and bank holidays; training and DBS checks are provided, with opportunities for career progression within a friendly, values-driven team.

• Understand promoting independence.
• Be flexible and able to work shifts including evenings, weekends and bank holidays (and sleep-ins/waking night shifts if required).
• Prepared to support clients with daily living skills.
• Good communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written.
