Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker/Care Assistant to join our team based at Willowmere Extra Care Service, Middlewich.
Part-time roles with working every other weekend as part of your rota
Pay Rates: £12.30 Days, £12.60 Weekends, Waking Nights £13.30 per hour, and Bank Holidays £1 per hour uplift.
As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who are experiencing difficulties due to physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and supporting their participation in recreational and social activities to promote mental and physical well-being.
The role emphasizes promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
7:00am - 11:00am
7:00am - 3:00pm
3:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 8:00am
Monday to Friday & alternate weekends
