About the Role

Radis Community Care is seeking dedicated and resilient Support Workers for our Extra Care Scheme Stirchley House in Telford. As a Support Worker, you will support elderly residents facing physical frailty, helping them maintain their independence. Your duties will include assisting with mobility, personal care, and participating in recreational activities, always with kindness and support.
