Job summary

Radis Community Care is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people live independently in their own homes and local communities. You will support with personal care tasks, medication administration, meal preparation, and help clients access local activities and essential services.

You will play a key role in assisting with daily household duties and routines, ensuring consistent support with the same team members to promote comfort and security for those receiving care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks including washing and dressing
• Support with medication administration as required
• Assist with meal preparation and dietary needs
• Support clients to access the local community, shopping and activities
• Assist with day‑to‑day household duties and routines
• Provide consistent support with the people we support on a daily basis

The Role of a Support Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g., Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines the people we support have
