Job summary

Radis Community Care is recruiting caring individuals to join our team in the Chepstow area to help local people live independently at home. We are dedicated to compassionate, consistent support within the community.

We offer flexible hours, travel time paid between visits, enhanced rates for NVQs, and a new starter bonus of £250. Sponsorship for this role is not available.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of supporting with personal care tasks.
• Reliable and patient in home-care settings.
• Able to work in local community and travel between visits.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks (washing, dressing).
• Assist with medication administration as needed.
• Assist with meal preparation and household tasks.
• Help clients access the local community (shopping, activities).
• Support with daily routines and day-to-day activities.

The Role of Care Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.
• Supporting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g. Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
