Job summary

Radis Community Care is recruiting a Care Worker to support local residents in the Chepstow area. The role includes assisting with personal care, medication administration and meal preparation, enabling clients to live independently at home within the community.

Qualifications

• Medication administration support as needed.

Responsibilities

• Help clients with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing and grooming.
• Assist with medication administration as directed by care plans.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding where needed.
• Support clients to access local community activities, shopping and outings.
• Assist with day-to-day household duties and routines.
• Ensure continuity of support with the same care team whenever possible.

The Role of Care Worker

As a Support Worker you will be working with people to live independently within their own home and local community by

• Supporting with personal care tasks including washing, dressing etc.

• Supporting with meal preparation
• Supporting with accessing the local community e.g. Shopping, activities, trips
• Supporting with day-to-day household duties
• Supporting with any other day routines our clients have
