Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Cardiff.

At this present time, we are unable to consider sponsorship for this role.

Shifts:

• 06:45 - 14:00
• 06:45 - 19:00
• 15:45 - 23:00

About the role:

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing, and supporting their participation in social and recreational activities to promote mental and physical stimulation.

The role aims to promote residents’ independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
