Support Worker at Radis Community Care

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Cardiff.

Note: We are unable to consider sponsorship for this role at this time.

  • 06:45 - 14:00
  • 06:45 - 19:00
  • 15:45 - 23:00
About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, helping them move to dining and communal areas, and supporting personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing. You will also engage residents in recreational and social activities to promote their well-being.

The role emphasizes promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect while delivering high standards of care.
