Radis Community Care has an opening for a Support Worker to join our team based in Cardiff.

Note: We are currently unable to consider sponsorship for this role.

  • 06:45 - 14:00
  • 06:45 - 19:00
  • 15:45 - 23:00
About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who face challenges due to physical frailty, helping them maintain their independence. Your duties will include assisting residents with mobility, personal care, and participation in social activities, both individually and in groups.

The role emphasizes promoting residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by delivering high standards of care.
