Support Worker Opportunity at Radis Community Care

Radis Community Care has an opportunity for a Support Worker to join our team based in Bristol.

Note: We are currently unable to consider sponsorship for this role.

Positions available: Full-time and Part-time

About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Extra Care Scheme, you will primarily support elderly residents who are experiencing physical frailty, helping them maintain independence. Responsibilities include assisting residents with mobility, helping them access dining and communal areas, and respecting their privacy at their request.

You will assist with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, and dressing. The role also involves engaging residents in recreational and social activities to promote mental and physical stimulation.

Our goal is to promote residents' independence, choice, dignity, and respect by providing the highest standards of care.
