Job summary

National Care Group is recruiting a Female Support Worker for Steps Newfield View in Sheffield. This outreach role runs from 10am to 3pm, with 16 hours per week of one-to-one support designed to help individuals achieve personal goals.

We value compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic team players. You will work with people with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and autism, in a supportive, inclusive environment with paid training and progression opportunities.

Salary: £12.71 per hour

We are currently recruiting for Female Support Workers to join our team at Steps Newfield View.

This is an outreach role from 10am to 3pm.

Steps Newfield View is a part of the National Care Group and is a specialist provider working alongside people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism.

We provide one-to-one support across 14 supporting living settings plus outreach in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. As a team we focus on tailored support to help each person achieve their individual goals and aspirations.
