Job summary

National Care Group Limited is recruiting Male Support Workers for Steps Newfield View in Sheffield to provide person-centred support to people with learning disabilities, mental health needs and autism.

You will work on a one-to-one basis across 14 supported living settings and outreach, helping individuals reach their goals. The role offers paid training, progression opportunities, and a supportive, inclusive team culture in South Yorkshire.

We are currently recruiting for Male Support Workers to join our team at Steps Newfield View.

Steps Newfield View is a part of the National Care Group and is a specialist provider working alongside people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism.

We provide one-to-one support across 14 supporting living settings plus outreach in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. As a team we focus on tailored support to help each person achieve their individual goals and aspirations.
