Creative Support in Rugeley is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist residents in a 14-flat supported living setting. You will provide practical and emotional support to help individuals manage daily tasks, budgeting and personal care, while encouraging independence and community engagement.

The role requires flexibility across a 7-day rota (including evenings, weekends and bank holidays) and a full, clean UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills are required.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and access to a car would be preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support up to 14 individuals to live independently in their accommodation.
• Assist with day-to-day activities including budgeting, shopping, and personal care.
• Provide emotional support and help residents build confidence and independence.
• Support residents at home and in the community, including outings and activities.
