Job summary

Affinity Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Broad Oak, Brede, East Sussex. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with a wage of £13.00 per hour. Location is Brede, East Sussex.

Training is provided and NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is supported. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, with flexibility across a 7am–10pm window. Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalent training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Empower people with learning disabilities to live life their way, building confidence, making choices and enjoying meaningful activities.
• Support people in daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility, enabling greater independence.
• Communicate using a range of methods, including technology like iPads, to help individuals express themselves.
