Job summary

Danielle and Daisy Care Ltd is seeking compassionate Support Workers for a role in our supported living homes in Epsom, Redhill, or Caterham. You will provide person-centred support including personal care and accompany service users on daily activities within the community.

The position requires a valid UK driving licence and fluency in English. We offer full training and welcome applicants with or without formal care qualifications.

Qualifications

• Full, valid UK driving licence (essential).
• Fluent spoken and written English (essential).
• A caring, compassionate, and person-centred approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Physically able to undertake an active role supporting people in the community and assisting with personal care.
• Previous experience in health and social care is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is desirable but not essential.
• A good understanding of safeguarding, dignity, and promoting independence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support adults to live as independently as possible within a supported living environment.
• Accompany service users on daily community activities, appointments, shopping trips, and social outings.
