Job summary

Certitude is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Ealing to help people live independently in their homes and community settings. You will support individuals with a range of needs, promoting choice and enabling daily living with dignity.

The role requires a manual driving licence (ideally) and the ability to drive a 7-seater van; training is provided. We offer a permanent, full-time contract with 25 days leave plus pension, DBS clearance, and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Essential you can support people who may challenge, particularly on the autistic spectrum.
• Ability to remain calm and confident in challenging situations.
• Experience supporting mental health needs and learning disabilities.
• Willing to drive a 7-seater van (ideally) and have a manual licence.
• Knowledge of the Transforming Care Agenda and responding to requests.
