Job summary

Affinity Trust in Oban is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help people with learning disabilities, autism or mental health needs participate in valued activities and develop independence.

You will support daily routines, accompany outings, and empower individuals to reach personal goals with kindness and respect. Full training is provided, including SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care, and a driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Training provided to enable you to support in roles with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs.
