Keys Care provides person-centred support for people with Mental Health needs, Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Acquired Brain Injuries. We operate supported living services across England and Wales, helping over 1,000 individuals to live more independently.

As a Support Worker in Rhondda Cynon Taff, you will deliver day-to-day support, promote independence, and assist with personal care, medications and daily living tasks. You must be over 18 and hold a Full UK manual driving licence.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving license is essential.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Promote independence while helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Support personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Assist with health care needs, including accompanying to appointments or administering medication.
• Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills and shopping.
• Assist with personal care as required.
• Help with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
