Job summary
Voyage Care in Lowestoft is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help individuals feel understood and supported as they take steps toward greater independence. The role offers full and part-time hours, with shift patterns including early, afternoon and night coverage, and attractive hourly pay with enhancements for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications
- Caring and patient demeanor essential.
- Experience supporting people with enhanced needs preferred.
- Ability to work flexibly across shifts and respond to changing needs.
Responsibilities
- Support people with daily routines and personal care.
- Encourage independence and development of life skills.
- Help access local community and participate in activities.
- Support people with goals and progress using Reflective Practice.
- Provide reassurance and emotional support
- Follow Positive Behaviour Support plans and use reflective practice
- Offer enhanced support for individuals with complex needs including mental health and trauma.
